Before heading out to Raffle's hotel arcade, I was bored so played around with my curling tongs to kill time.. Unfortunately it does not stay that way for long. Only last a few hours and it was back to normal. Oh well.. 13 March 2009So last Friday, as I had mention in my previous post, I went to meet my cousin at her workplace and headed down to her house at Jurong and stayed over after she had knocked out from work. Before we went to sleep, she was busy setting up my hair to time herself before doing it on the bride's hair the following day. Oh, I am not posting up those pictures of myself with fake hair on.
hehe.. We ended sleeping late and woke up at 5.30am but i woke up at 6am.
haha.. Was out of the house by 7am and the cab was already waiting for us at the carpark. Reached Fullerton at 7.30am on the dot!
14 March 09My cousin was the make-up artist for the japanese bride and I was there to be her personal assistant cum photographer with candid shots.
hahaha.. It was my 1st time stepping inside Fullerton Hotel in Singapore, entering both normal room and a luxurious suite. Happy or what!!
haha.. I had fun snapping candid pictures of my cousin setting up the hair or doing the make up for the bride.
There was a problem with the bouquet of flowers that they had ordered online and the bride was upset about it. But lucky for her, a friend of hers, Hazel made an unexpected appearance in front of the florist's shop, knocking at 7am and demanded the owner to open the door for her. And she got the fresh flowers. Pretty! I helped Hazel to take out the torns and got myself pricked countless of times.
hoho.. Then there are many leftover roses and Hazel picked up some of the roses and gave me and I added in with erm, I don't know what its called and tadaa... My own creation of a bouquet. I am not really into flowers but my sister is, so I decided to bring it home for her.
I felt so embarassed ok!! More than a dozen roses in there and people kept looking at the flowers and then ME!
ishh.. My cousin and I did not have our breakfast nor lunch and by the time we left the hotel, it was already 5plus in the afternoon. So we walked and walked and landed ourselves at Funan IT mall and decided to eat at delifrance. I had half the roasted chicken and cousin Nonie had Lasagna I think, and both of us each received a free waffles with a scoop of ice cream on top.
Then I called my sister up and asked her where she was and forced her to meet me, if not I'll throw the roses away because I don't want to carry it home.
haha.. At last she agreed and asked me to meet her at Far East Plaza. My Cousin took a cab home and dropped me there since it was on the way. Thanks cousin! So passed my sister the flowers and then she and her bf sent me off to the MRT station. But she chased after me soon after and asked me if I would like to join her to eat at sakura buffet. Told her I was short of cash and she said its her treat. So I agreed without hesitation. *grins*
At sakura buffet, I had some satays, chicken steak?, chicken nuggets, baby squids, some fruits and at least eleven scoops of ice-cream. YUMMEH!! To think I can still stuff myself after eating half a chicken meal at delifrance. sheeshh.. Nice what!!!
hahaha.. Felt bloated at the end of the day and cabbed home with my sister, paid it with my hongbao money that I received from the groom.
hahaha..15 March 2009Woke up early in the morning and went to "Maulud Nabi" at Singapore Expo with my whole family. Took two separate cabs there. When the event had ended, my parents went to a wedding while my sister went to her friend's engagement. So I went home with both my brothers. My youngest bro and I had lots of fun disturbing my 3rd bro all the way from the expo train station till we reached home and finished our lunch.
nyahaharr... Fiq, we shall do that again ok!!
16 March 2009I received an unexpected text from zir asking me if I wanna join him and zai watch a movie, Race to Witch Mountain. Said no to him and said that I don't have money, then he told me to shut up and just follow.
haha.. so I did.. The movie was very interesting that I go

doink!! haha.. Then we sat at Mcdonalds for few hours, they had their dinner while I played zir psp while talking to them. We had a great time reminisce about our secondary school days and some personal stuff. Laughters here and there, just like old times..
hahaha.. Thanks guys!! And thank you zir for the treat! (told you that I'll post a HUGE picture of you here right, but since I know you don't want that to happen, nyahaharrr, I'll skip the picture then. See I very nice right?
